UAP Whistleblower Protections Executive Order
Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), Chairwoman of the House Oversight Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, has directly urged the White House to issue a UAP Whistleblower Protections Executive Order. In a recent interview, Luna stated she personally called the White House advocating for strong legal safeguards so military, intelligence, and government personnel can disclose Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP) information without fear of Espionage Act prosecution, career destruction, or family retaliation. This push is urgently needed given mounting evidence of active government efforts to silence and punish those who come forward.
The House Oversight Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets, chaired by Rep. Luna, investigates classified government records on UAP and other major issues. It has held high-profile hearings, including the September 9, 2025 session titled “Restoring Public Trust Through UAP Transparency and Whistleblower Protection.” Luna has demanded release of specific UAP videos, notably 46 incidents from Eglin Air Force Base, and has highlighted alleged government cover-ups.
The UAP Whistleblower Protection Act (H.R. 5060) was introduced on August 29, 2025, by Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) with Rep. Luna as a key cosponsor. This bill aims to create targeted protections for federal employees and contractors disclosing UAP-related information. It remains in the Introduced stage with no further action yet, but it aligns directly with Luna’s Executive Order proposal.
The UAP Disclosure Act of 2025 was advanced as Senate Amendment 3111 to the FY2026 NDAA by Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Sen. Mike Rounds. This measure would establish a UAP Records Collection at the National Archives with presumptive declassification. While the full amendment was tabled, related transparency provisions continue in NDAA negotiations.
The PURSUE Program, launched under President Trump’s February 2026 directive, operates as the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters on war.gov/UFO/. It releases records on a rolling basis every few weeks. Release 01 on May 8, 2026, included approximately 160 files, while Release 02 on May 22, 2026, added 64 files including 51 videos. Tranche 3 is in active preparation and expected in the coming weeks, further advancing executive transparency.
The latest Weaponized podcast episode, recorded live at Contact in the Desert on June 5, 2026, featured powerful testimony from Dylan Borland, Matthew Brown, and Senior Chief Alex Wiggins. Dylan Borland described severe harassment after his Langley AFB encounter and congressional testimony, including unemployment, revoked clearances, threats of treason charges, and disturbing threats against his wife. He noted being advised by counsel to disappear and that an individual connected to the UAP Task Force warned that people’s lives were in danger. Borland also directly called out BAE Systems, the major defense contractor under whose umbrella he worked in a multi-agency special access program. In previous Weaponized interviews and his 2025 congressional testimony, Borland described the craft he encountered at Langley AFB as a roughly 100- to 150-foot equilateral triangle with black metallic flake paint, 90-degree edges, one-to-two stories thick, and a dynamic gold lava-like plasma flowing over its surface. It had four lights (one at each corner and a larger central light) and produced no sound or kinetic disturbance as it hovered silently just 100 feet above him. Matthew Brown detailed how the government uses software like Immaculate Constellation to locate, move, and organize UAP data across DoD classified networks as part of an active operational program. These accounts, along with reports of surveillance, hacking, and intimidation, powerfully illustrate why Luna’s proposed Executive Order, providing real immunity and protections, is critical.
Rep. Eric Burlison (R-MO), a member of the House Oversight Committee, has received classified testimony about egg-shaped craft in U.S. possession that reportedly cause people who enter them to lose time. Burlison expressed strong interest in personally inspecting these craft. He also noted that much of the publicly released material so far is low-hanging fruit and believes significant UAP videos, files, and evidence remain held in the private sector. He highlighted footage of glowing orbs that defy conventional aerodynamics and questioned why previous administrations kept such information secret.
Exorcist Father Chad Ripperger recently told Tucker Carlson that something fundamentally changed last Easter and warned of an impending divine correction tied to moral decay and occult practices in society. While not directly tied to legislation, such perspectives reflect growing public sentiment that UAP transparency involves deeper questions about truth, angels, demons, power, and accountability in government and culture.
Luna’s call for a dedicated UAP Whistleblower Protections Executive Order, combined with ongoing PURSUE releases, pending legislation, whistleblower accounts, fresh congressional testimony on exotic craft, and wider cultural discussions, keeps UAP transparency high on the national agenda.
