The Seven Tapes
The public material is not offered yet as a full finished leak. So far, it is four more short cuts said to be edited fragments of seven videotapes recorded between 1942 and 1969. The first middleman was the 2011 YouTube channel ivan0135. In April 2026 that source is described as incapacitated. A second channel, qtecqot, takes the catalog forward under a failsafe arrangement and posts sample fragments only.
The index is the point. Each clip is stamped with a case number and a clock drawn from a longer reel that has not been released.
The filing system
Seven tapes. Each tape is claimed at about three hours. Cases use slang titles rather than formal project names. The 2026 cards extend the 2011 index rather than replace it.

The four public releases
Confidential leaked ufo-ebe footage, continuation of disclosure
Craft and airframe. Tin bird. Mk.4 moving on the ground. Mk.5, with a Russian line placing a “Mask 5” in 1961. On X the operator later said an out-of-focus mantis body part sits in the background of this reel.
ET crew recovery site D — survival of EBL Tim +2, skinny Bob
Outdoor recovery. Two thin greys: Bob standing near structures (walkabout), Slim Tim in close profile. Brown boys, triage, Exit EBL04. Site D is the ground chapter. EBL is treated in the filenames as the biological log — Tim plus two, Bob still alive enough to be walked.
I can also authenticate the UFO.
Interior walkthru and examination, 8mm disclosure footage
Two rooms. Mk.4 early boarding: curved panels, a light beam, circular ports, brief glyphs on an interface the operator says also carries “faces.” Then False Cape study: a table, a long thin hand with dark nails against a human hand, scissors, glasses, a small black object and a wire. The name is a study, not a crash title.
The card times the boarding walk to Tape 03 Case 18, clocks /18 02:13 to 02:23, and the table to Tape 05 Case 28 at /28 02:51. This file is silent. Days before it dropped, the same X account said the faces on the Mk.4 panel were significant and asked whether Eric Davis knew the False Cape study by name. False Cape is a real isolated shore in Virginia; here it names the examination, not a wreck.

Species 4, 13 — @qtecqot ≠ @ivan0135
Tape 07. Purple segment stamped /38, labeled Mantis arrival. Grey face stamped /40, labeled Species 13. Operators speak Polish on the face cut. They are trying to get a voice. In that speech the being is handled as Doyle. Winter harvest and the bed-bug audio are listed on the card and not shown in the cut.
On the /40 face the cleaned tail is about twelve seconds of speech over the projector bed. The operators are speaking Polish, not Russian: jego głosu (its voice), strona (a side, or a page of a file), Doylea (of Doyle). Two people, close to the microphone, working the face, trying to get the voice on tape. A short sound comes from the figure. Russian in this release set is elsewhere — the Mk.5 overlay Самолет Марк 5 (1961 год) and the X line пожалуйста, подождите / 25 августа — not in that room.
If the reels are dated 1945–1969, Polish in the room does not mean the work was done inside the USSR. Poland was then the Polish People’s Republic: a communist government in Warsaw, Soviet troops on its soil, Warsaw Pact from 1955, Moscow as the political center. It was still a separate country — own language, army, and borders — not a Soviet republic like Ukraine or Belarus. A Polish-speaking team and a Russian caption can sit in the same bloc without Poland being Russia.

The hand-off, as stated
The channel is presented as opening immediately after the stated 21 April 2026 incapacitation of 0135. On X the operator says: not Ivan; electronic contact only; none since April; Eastern European, fluent English; a dead-man switch in use “unlike 0135.” Copycat channels are called disinformation. A red-pill string sits in the YouTube text.
On 14 August 2026 the same account asked whether Eric Davis knew the False Cape study — the table scene that later appears as Tape 05 Case 28. Species 13 was named on X before the YouTube face drop and described there as “perhaps the most human-like.” Mantis material is called highly sensitive; extra mantid tapes are said to exist and not to have been cleared for release.
What the pictures are claimed to show
Not one species. A recovery program with more than one body type and more than one airframe generation. Bob and Tim are the thin greys of site D. Species 13 is the Tape 07 face, treated as closer to human than the field greys. Mantis is Tape 07 arrival, and hinted in the craft reel. Mk.4 and Mk.5 are successive craft, 1961 given for the latter in the Russian overlay. False Cape is an examination, not a landing clip. Doyle is the name used while the face is on the table and a microphone is in the room.
What remains in the cans
By the cards’ own clocks, each public shot is seconds pulled from hours. Tape 01 is unpublished. Full Winter harvest, full bed-bug audio, full Mantis arrival, and any cleared mantid reels are withheld. The operator’s position is that fragments are the release method, not the archive.
The April 2011 fragments open on a KGB still, then a house with an object behind it, a saucer from the air, a standing figure, a body by wreckage, and a close face exam, all on projector-rattle audio and indexed as Tape 01 Tin bird, Tape 03 Flying twin, and Tape 04 Blue boys. The May clip is a side view of the grey, then a slow scan from feet to head; the four-symbol panel is spaced to the fingers, including a wider gap for the thumb, and the neck muscle tracks the weight of the skull. Tape 06, “Family vacation,” is framed as covert diplomacy under treaty 23/04. In 1961, document 072/E says, officers filmed three visitors without consent, the treaty was broken, and the terms were rewritten. Viewers who accept the reels treat the muscle, the eyes, and that panel as the hardest details to dismiss.
