Oxicarian

Oxicarian is the name Phil Coseski gave to a human-looking Orion people he said contacted him from 2007 onward in Orange County, New York, near the Pine Bush UFO hotspot. In his telling they are not Greys or reptilians. They look like us, fly triangular craft, keep a deep underground base under that county, and chose him as a go-between because of claimed hybrid ancestry on his paternal line. He said they call themselves Oxicarian, in their own language. The home star, as first given on radio, was Ledas, near the belt stars of Orion.

A 6 June 2010 contact-report video on his channel adds a fuller place-name set from a dialogue he presents as Abena speaking. Her birth world is Erra, the same name Billy Meier’s Pleiadians use for their home. She later moved to the Orion constellation. Family remains in the Pleiades. She is described as half Orion genetically, with some features that differ. Her present home star is Ledas, a star he said is known to Earth. Her present home planet is Seu, about four times Earth’s size, ninety percent water, with a day that lasts two Earth days. Most of the cities are underwater under vast crystal-like domes and sparkle like shining diamonds when seen from orbit. The channel documents contact from 2007 to 2012. Sighting uploads on the same channel continue through 2019.

The pilot is named is Abena Astuz Yahl, with the nickname Benna. She is a female captain and pilot of a triangular reconnaissance craft. Coseski says she had tracked him about thirty years and saved him more than once before the 2007 meetings. He claims one physical sighting of her and many astral meetings. In June 2012 he posted a Skype and ITC clip he said was her answering, using his surname Coseski, and reporting the end of a long off-world mission before returning to the New York base.

They are of average human height with human faces. The eyes are a little more oval or cat-like than ours. The bodies are described as unusually agile and able to drop from height without injury. Hair among the women, from a July 2010 radio interview, tends toward flaxen or white-blonde, with a few brunettes in the same group. The June 2010 contact report adds that she carries seven electronic-biological augmentations that give extra abilities.

The race is not all female. He never names a male Oxicarian the way he names Abena, but he speaks of them as a people like us, specifies hair only for the females, and wrote in his own comments that they marry and that the women are bisexual, which they treat as a natural law rather than a sin.

The signature ship is a small-to-medium triangle, sometimes described as bat-wing when uncloaked. The drive uses tachyon cores. Lights are few and selective: a hard white core, plasma, and a rainbow wash when the drive is pushed. Orientation is free, forward, reverse, sideways, or inverted, because navigation can sit on autopilot. The cloak is a molecular plasma field. Full invisibility draws drive power but, she is quoted as saying, can be held as long as they wish. Through-solid travel uses a mesma generator that takes the atoms of crew and ship apart, moves them through rock or trees, then rebuilds them. Compared with Pleiadian and Semjase saucers, Oxicarian craft are larger, have more room, are faster, and use a more advanced drive.

The 2010 videos give a ship sequence. Early that year he filmed the triangle over Marshmallow Field, including the 14 April pass he called backwards. In June 2010 he described a larger brand-new model with AI and more capacity. After that he said a small reptilian fleet in deep space punched her shields and destroyed that ship. She escaped with minor plasma burns their tech healed. A 27 October 2010 video titled Abena’s New Dual Core Ship shows the replacement triangle with two drive cores, the rear core the stronger one. Hygiene on ship comes from a small pod that coats the body for five Earth seconds in a gel called situ and leaves them ninety-nine percent clean.

The Orange County base, covers many square miles in plan and is miles deep, with no obvious surface gate. In a 2011 comment he put the diameter at twenty-four miles. Ships rise from woods, cemetery fringe, horse farms, and the rise he calls Marshmallow Field. A May 2012 clip is titled as her craft hovering over the base entrance. He treated the lack of fences as proof it is not a human black-ops pad. Separate from the New York base is a 2017 video, Tower Hill Geo-magnetic portal, filmed on Tower Hill near the southern New Hampshire border. He describes circular mounds, twisted tree growth, a deep electrical hum, intersecting ley lines, and a vortex he links to possible time-travel and Montauk-type work.

The contact opened in summer 2007 when he returned to Pine Bush, filmed close triangular passes, then days later in meditation heard a female voice name herself, claim the craft, and place her people in Orion. The reason given for choosing him was hybrid genetics from ancient paternal-side interbreeding, plus progress in meditation and cosmic law. She later said continued communion would strengthen his genes. From January 2010 the flyovers increase, often in the same sky corridor and sometimes twice a night.

They are described as monotheists who know one eternal Creator. Jesus is treated as a prophet of that Creator. The June 2010 report uses the name Yeshua ben Yoseph and rejects a literal sexual reading of son of God. Coseski said Abena told him their ancestors kept colonies in ancient Egypt and built the Giza pyramid complex and the Sphinx as a beacon and tribute aligned to Orion. He mixed this with 2012-era talk of a belt-star alignment through a pyramid shaft. Later interviews added recon flights against nations threatening others, a friendship with another contact named Rama from Ganymede, and comments that tracked biblical prophecy about Israel. Character as he framed it is peaceful, spiritually high, and technically ahead of us, and unwilling to fly fully uncloaked for long because they do not trust human greed. Hostile forces in his file are named as demonic and astral beings and, in the 2010 ship-loss story, reptilian craft.

Pine Bush is a real East Coast flap zone, known from Ellen Crystal’s Silent Invasion and from the nearby Hudson Valley triangles. Black triangles are a documented UAP subset worldwide. What is unique to this file is the named race, the named pilot with a Pleiades-born and Orion-resident biography, planet Seu, the mesma and situ and dual-core hardware, the county-wide underground base, and the hybrid-contactee framing. Those pieces live on the orionifo channel, old blog and Live Spaces and Myspace pages, and BBS Radio sessions with Andrew Feder in 2009, 2010, and 2013.

In June 2012 he posted a Skype ITC recording titled Crossover talk on Skype with Alien female June 23-2012. He called it a live answer from Abena and asked viewers to use headphones to hear the EVPs, meaning faint voices he said were on the line rather than ordinary speech. The picture is night lights with red captions he added: Abena; Abena, Philip; I’m caught; I’m done, Philip; and a frame that asks what she says there. His description claims she used the surname Coseski, said a long Orion mission was finished, and that she was coming back to the New York base.

Electronic voice phenomena, or EVPs, are sounds on electronic recordings that some people hear as voices, either called for or appearing by accident. The idea sits in the same border zone as this Skype clip: a noisy line, headphones, and words assigned after the fact. The history runs from Attila von Szalay’s mid-century tape experiments and Friedrich Jürgenson’s 1959 bird-song recordings, through Konstantin Raudive’s large collection, later two-way gadgets such as the Spiricom and Frank’s Box, and Sarah Estep’s AA-EVP work, which included claimed extraterrestrial as well as deceased voices. Jack Sarfatti’s 1950s story of a metallic phone voice saying it was a computer on a spacecraft is often grouped with the same file.

Voices of unknown origin is the wider file this Skype clip sits in. For nearly a century people have reported speech on radio, tape, and broadcast lines with no identified human source. Raymond Cass, writing after a 1977 newspaper piece on his recordings, said the voices were first noticed in Scandinavia in the 1930s, later studied on tape by Friedrich Jürgenson and Konstantin Raudive, and sometimes mixed languages or spoke in a compressed, almost lyrical way. Cass also described a harsher “alien” class of voice, robotic and stern, and argued that while the sounds exist on tape their origin is still open. A public-scale parallel is the 26 November 1977 Southern Television interruption, when a distorted male voice overrode a live news feed.

Electromagnetism is the physical frame people reach for when a craft or a voice shows up on human gear. It is one of the four fundamental forces, described by Maxwell’s equations, and it is also the working medium of radio, tape, Skype, and camera lights. In UFO case files the same word usually means something narrower: engines die, flashlights fail, phones drop, or a field is felt around an object. Phoenix 1997, Rendlesham 1980, and Kelly-Hopkinsville 1955 are the stock examples. Coseski’s file sits on that line. He filmed plasma and strobes, talked of a molecular cloak that costs drive power, and later stood on Tower Hill calling it a geo-magnetic vortex. The June 2012 Skype clip is the same claim in another instrument: a noisy electromagnetic channel.

Abena’s description sits in the same Nordic corridor as the Orcas Island account. Across decades the literature keeps returning to tall or human-looking pale people, often flaxen or white-blonde, who speak mind-to-mind, stay private, and keep a compound or a base away from ordinary traffic. Brent V. Friedman’s walk on a wooded Orcas property is the recent public version: a Scandinavian-looking man who knew his name, whose mouth did not move, and who told him to turn around. The friend on that island treated it as routine, a gated stay for tall whites who arrive unmarked and leave after a few days of high energy. Coseski’s file is the East Coast counterpart: a flaxen-haired Orion pilot, telepathy first, one physical sighting, an underground hangar instead of a gated island lot. The types overlap.
