MJ-12

Mj 12

MJ-12, also known as Majestic 12 or Majority 12, refers to a secret committee of top government officials and military leaders that allegedly formed in 1947 to investigate and conceal the presence of extraterrestrial life on Earth. The origins of MJ-12 are shrouded in mystery, with some claiming that it was established by President Harry Truman and others suggesting that it was a creation of the CIA. The purpose of the group, according to proponents of the theory, was to manage the aftermath of the Roswell incident, which is widely believed to involve the crash of an alien spacecraft.

One unique fact is that the first reference to MJ-12 came from a set of allegedly classified documents that were sent anonymously to ufologist Jaime Shandera in 1984. The documents, allegedly, contained detailed information about the formation and activities of the group. Despite being debunked by experts, some proponents of the theory continue to cite them as evidence of MJ-12’s existence.

Some proponents of the theory suggest that MJ-12 may have been responsible for the alleged cover-up of other UFO incidents, such as the 1967 incident at Malmstrom Air Force Base, in which several nuclear missiles reportedly malfunctioned as a result of UFO activity.

Some proponents of the theory have suggested that the following individuals may have been part of the alleged committee:

  1. President Harry S. Truman
  2. Secretary of Defense James Forrestal
  3. General Hoyt Vandenberg
  4. Dr. Vannevar Bush
  5. Rear Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter
  6. Dr. Detlev Bronk
  7. Dr. Jerome Hunsaker
  8. General Nathan Twining
  9. Dr. Donald Menzel
  10. Dr. Luis Alvarez
  11. General Robert Montague
  12. Dr. Edward Teller

Ronald Garner in 2015, claimed that several high-profile individuals were current members of the secretive group known as Majestic 12 (MJ-12). Notably, he mentioned J. Michael McConnell, a former Director of National Intelligence, describing him as the moral compass of the group. He also identified Vice President Dick Cheney as a key member, deeply involved in the group’s activities and decisions, particularly concerning extraterrestrial technology and beings. Additionally, Garner claimed that Alan Greenspan, the former Chairman of the Federal Reserve, was part of this secretive committee, suggesting a link between MJ-12’s activities and financial systems. These allegations by Garner point to the involvement of significant figures in government and finance in the clandestine operations related to UFOs and extraterrestrial matters.

Several books have been written about MJ-12, including “The MJ-12 Documents: An Analytical Report” by Stanton Friedman and “Majestic-12 and the Secret Government: A Report on UFOs and the National Security State” by Michael E. Salla.
