It’s your Move, Mr. President
On August 12, 2026, documentary filmmaker James Fox released a short video on X that delivers a direct request to the President of the United States: grant formal immunity and waive nondisclosure agreements for UAP whistleblowers so they can publicly reveal classified information about recovered unidentified craft and their nonhuman occupants.
The nearly two-minute montage centers on claims by former intelligence official David Grusch and others that the government holds highly classified videos and photographs of these objects and beings. Fox and his collaborators argue that only presidential action can free these individuals to share what they know without fear of legal consequences.
The video opens with Representative Tim Burchett of Tennessee speaking outdoors near the Capitol. As a member of the UAP Caucus, Burchett appears animated, gesturing with a closed fist while addressing the crowd. The clip quickly shifts to Dylan Borland, a former geospatial intelligence analyst, speaking directly to camera against a plain indoor backdrop. Borland has previously described firsthand encounters with anomalous craft and the professional consequences that followed his decision to report them.
A brief sequence then displays portions of a document associated with Matthew Brown, identified as an intelligence analyst who has worked with the Department of War and Department of State. The highlighted section discusses an unacknowledged special access program called Immaculate Constellation. According to the text shown, the program was established after earlier efforts such as AATIP and AAWSAP became public and focuses on collecting imagery intelligence related to unidentified aerial phenomena and related vehicles. The document notes that this activity and its supporting information have not been fully reported to Congress as required.

The clear implication is that only the president currently holds the authority to unlock the remaining classified material so that the claims can be examined openly.
