Davis Wilson Notes
In the January 3, 2024 episode of “Theories of Everything with Curt Jaimungal,” Richard Dolan looks into the Davis Wilson Notes, which detail a covert meeting in April 1997. This meeting involved Dr. Stephen Greer, a UFO researcher, astronaut Edgar Mitchell, Navy Commander Willard Miller, and Admiral Thomas Wilson, the Deputy Head of Intelligence for the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the time. Their discussion centered on alleged black budget programs related to extraterrestrial technology.
During this meeting, Greer, Mitchell, and Miller briefed Wilson and his superior, General Pat Hughes, on UFO cover-ups and black budget initiatives. Post-meeting, Wilson conducted a two-month investigation, consulting with influential figures like William Perry, the former Secretary of Defense. His probe led him to a layered network of special access programs dealing with mysterious technology.
Wilson’s quest took a significant turn when he approached a program manager, presumably from Lockheed Martin, about a program centered on non-human technology. Despite his high-ranking military status, Wilson faced rejection.
Eric Davis chronicled this in his notes, which detailed a 2002 interview with Wilson. These notes, thorough and typewritten, spanned 13 pages and revealed Wilson’s frustration over being barred from a program allegedly reverse-engineering non-human technology.
Richard Dolan was privy to parts of these notes in 2006 but maintained confidentiality. However, the notes eventually surfaced online in 2019, leading to widespread discussion. When confronted about the meeting and the notes, Wilson refuted certain elements of the narrative, a reaction Dolan attributes to the constraints of security clearances that prevent open discussion on such sensitive topics.
Dolan regards the Davis Wilson Notes as a pivotal leak in UFO research, affirming their authenticity based on his investigations and interactions with those involved. These revelations cast light on the veiled activities within government and private sectors concerning UFOs and extraterrestrial technology, highlighting the challenges in acquiring transparent information due to the secrecy mandated by security clearances and non-disclosure agreements.
