Hilary Porter Abduction (1956)
Hilary Porter is a British woman who became well-known for her claims of repeated extraterrestrial abductions throughout her life. According to her, these incidents began when she was only five years old, living in the outskirts of Aldershot, Hampshire, England.
Hilary Porter claims that her first experience with an alien abduction occurred when she was just five years old. Although she has not publicly stated the exact year this incident took place, we can make an approximate estimation based on her age. Porter is generally reported to be in her late 60s to early 70s. If we assume she was around 70 years old, then her birth year would be circa 1951. This would place her first alleged abduction in approximately 1956.
In the first alleged encounter, Porter describes being in a field near her home when she suddenly experienced a “popping” sensation and was transported into a UFO. She has claimed that her abductors were green-skinned and reptilian in appearance, labeling them as “Reptilians”. Over the years, she insists that she has been abducted many more times, each time returned with little memory of the events, and often with mysterious marks or bruises on her body.
According to Porter, the Reptilians stand around 6 feet tall, have a humanoid form but with reptile-like characteristics. They are said to have green scaly skin, large black eyes with vertical slit pupils, much like those of a reptile, and a somewhat flattened nose. Some of them are reported to have a sort of crest or ridge on their heads.
Porter also mentions that these beings have strong, well-built bodies and long, powerful tail, which further adds to their reptilian appearance. Their hands are described as having three long, claw-like fingers and an opposable thumb.
In addition to the physical description, Porter has spoken about their behavior and communication methods as well. She claims that the Reptilians communicate telepathically and seem to have a collective consciousness, meaning they share thoughts and emotions with each other instantaneously.
She has often depicted the craft as a classic “flying saucer” – round and disc-like in shape.
On the inside, she described the craft as being much larger than it appeared from the outside, a common trope in many UFO abduction narratives. This “bigger on the inside” concept, while physically incongruous from an earth-bound perspective, is often used in speculative fiction and alien lore to suggest advanced technology beyond our current understanding.
She also mentioned a variety of rooms within the craft, including what she perceived to be a medical room where she claims to have been examined by the alien beings. This room was described as stark and sterile, often equipped with unfamiliar technology and instruments.
The craft’s walls, according to Porter, were smooth and seamless, without any visible joints or welding marks. She has mentioned on more than one occasion that the walls appeared to be alive or had a certain biological quality to them, again hinting at a technology far beyond human capabilities.
Believers in extraterrestrial phenomena often cite her case as evidence of alien contact, emphasizing the detail and consistency in her stories, as well as physical evidence like the aforementioned marks and strange, unidentifiable objects she says were left under her skin.
Skeptics, on the other hand, have raised numerous questions about the plausibility and veracity of Porter’s claims. Some point to the lack of any independent confirmation or concrete evidence of these encounters. Others have suggested psychological explanations, such as sleep paralysis or hallucinations, which can often involve vivid and strange experiences that feel completely real to those who experience them.
David Icke’s book “The Biggest Secret,” which outlines a wide-reaching conspiracy involving reptilian extraterrestrials, mentions similar cases, although it should be noted that Icke’s theories are highly controversial.
There is also a book titled “The Allagash Abductions: Undeniable Evidence of Alien Intervention” by Raymond E. Fowler, which doesn’t directly talk about Porter but looks into a similar alleged abduction case in the U.S., providing an idea of the narratives and discussions that often surround such claims.
