Lynne Kitei

Lynne Kitei is an American physician, author, and speaker known for her research on unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) and UFOs. She was born on March 26, 1947, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Kitei attended Temple University School of Medicine, where she received her medical degree in 1974.

After completing her medical training, Kitei moved to Arizona and established a private medical practice in Phoenix. While she had an interest in the UFO phenomenon, her involvement with it began in 1995 when she witnessed a massive triangular craft in the sky above her home. This event, which has become known as the Phoenix Lights, sparked Kitei’s curiosity and led her to investigate the UFO phenomenon more deeply.

Kitei became a prominent figure in the Phoenix Lights investigation, and she organized a town hall meeting that attracted over 700 attendees. She also appeared on numerous television and radio programs to discuss her experiences and research. In 2004, Kitei published a book about the Phoenix Lights, titled “The Phoenix Lights: A Skeptic’s Discovery That We Are Not Alone.” The book details her personal experiences with the phenomenon and includes interviews with witnesses and experts.

Kitei’s research on UFOs has focused on the Phoenix Lights event and other sightings in the Phoenix area. She has argued that the Phoenix Lights were not a conventional explanation, such as flares or military aircraft, and that they were likely of extraterrestrial origin. Kitei has also emphasized the need for more scientific research and investigation into the UFO phenomenon, arguing that it has important implications for our understanding of the universe and our place in it.

Facts about Lynne Kitei and her research on UFOs are:

  1. Kitei organized a symposium on the Phoenix Lights in 2004, which brought together witnesses, experts, and researchers to discuss the phenomenon. The symposium featured presentations on topics such as UFO propulsion systems, government cover-ups, and the history of UFO sightings in Arizona.
  2. In 2010, Kitei produced and directed a documentary film about the Phoenix Lights, titled “The Phoenix Lights…We Are Not Alone.” The film includes interviews with witnesses, experts, and researchers and explores the implications of the event for our understanding of the UFO phenomenon.
  3. Kitei has argued that the Phoenix Lights were not only witnessed by residents of Phoenix but were also seen by people in other parts of Arizona and even in neighboring states. She has cited witness testimony and radar data to support her claim that the event was a genuine UFO sighting.

While Kitei’s work has been met with both praise and criticism, she has received support from some in the UFO community. For example, UFO researcher Richard Dolan has praised Kitei’s courage and dedication in investigating the Phoenix Lights and called her book “a groundbreaking work in the history of the UFO phenomenon.”

Kitei’s book on the Phoenix Lights has been well-received by readers, and she has also written other books on the subject of UFOs, such as “The Phoenix Lights…A Skeptic’s Discovery That We Are Not Alone!” and “The Spectrum.” Kitei is the author of all of these books.

In a 2008 article in the Arizona Republic, Kitei discussed her experiences with the Phoenix Lights and argued that they were evidence of extraterrestrial life.
